As an interior designer, one thing I would recommend. Don’t select your paint colors and flooring tones in the old light fixture lighting. I’m assuming you’ll update the lights and bulbs and you may want to change the color temperature of the light bulbs which will make the finishes you select look very different

I think pamilla is probably the best option, I do know that my dad who works at home depot (for here in FL) absolutely recommends vinyl floors so it’s a good choice! I look forward to seeing more home reno vlogs!

I bought a house in Miami in 2022 and I can say you guys are very lucky, the home seems in really good condition. yes it needs a few things but overall great purchase. IDK how much it was but it seems like a great buy!

In the current painted wall, I love palmilla the most but I'm not sure bcs idk what the painted wall will look like later👀I feel like it will go quite well with a bright wall but I'm scared it will look like one continues color if the wall turns out yellowish. Also Haley the builder!! yayyy can't wait to see how the house turns out

I like the linen option the best! Looks most like wood. I find vinyl can look super fake if you don't have some grain.

Linen lingoda was my fav. The tone is a perfect inbetween it will look nice is natural and direct sunlight the grain adds character - it would perfect to compliment furniture of any colour and material is a perfect combination of warmth, texture but not overdone

Hey Hayley 😊❤, I like the wooden floorings - Salbourne and Palmila. Neutral flawless floorings are always best because it gives clear thinking within the house. So that My eyes and mind don't get stuck in too many details.
